Different ways to deal with anger – yours and others

Anger is an emotion that is not well received in our society 🤷🏼‍♀️

In this episode, I want to go a bit deeper into the topic and lead you through three steps in how to address anger in your own life.

This episode is for you if you either experience anger in yourself and deal with it in a rather unhealthy manner - repressing it or acting out and losing control over it (and yourself). Or if anger is something you frequently have to deal with in people around you.
