Making business work as an introverted couple – Interview with Uriel and Raquel Sandoval
In today’s episode I interview Raquel and Uriel, who are based in Switzerland. Raquel is from Costa Rica, Uriel is Swiss. They run two businesses as a couple. They have a coffee roastery, offer Barista workshops and all things around coffee culture, plus they also have a photography business. Super diverse what they do and my first guests who have an offline side to their business.
We talked a lot about challenges and advantages to be in business as a multicultural couple, how they are able to have quite extroverted jobs as introverts. And they shared many amazing tips on business and success in general.
