How to stop taking responsibility for your clients

🌱 So often we fall into the trap of taking responsibility for our clients (or friends, our partner, family members, team members, ...) Most of us have been there.

In this episode, I share three steps with you on how to stop this unhelpful behavior. Because ultimately, you want to teach them how to help themselves - which is empowering. Instead of putting them into a victim or childlike state and taking responsibility for them - which is hurtful and disempowering.
