How to let go of the fear of, if I fly high, I will fall deep

🌱 The topic of today's podcast episode is the fear of, if I fly high, I will fall deep and how to let go of it. It's such a common fear of people wanting to reach their next level and going beyond.

🌱I remember being on a call with my coach about 3 years ago when I was on holidays in Teneriffa. I was successful and lived a wonderful life. The fear I addressed with my coach was, what if I am successful now and there will be a horrible backlash. There needs to happen something horrible, life can not only be nice and beautiful!! Gladly, I was powerfully coached through that limiting fear of mine, through this upper ceiling and can help you through it, too.

💃 In this episode I talk about what this fear is - as fear always points to something - and why it shows up. I give you different scenarios and how you can overcome them. So that you'll never ever have to sabotage yourself again with the fear of flying high leading to an even bigger vertical fall.

Enjoy the ride of your lifetime, my dear 😉

Much love and enjoy!
